PODCAST: RosettaHealth Introduces New HealthBus Microservices Capabilities

In the following RosettaHealth podcast interview, Buff Colchagoff, CEO of RosettaHealth, discusses the new micro-services toolkit now available as part of the company’s enhanced HealthBus solution.

RosettaHealth’s HealthBus is a SaaS-based solution that enables full health information exchange capabilities for sending and receiving all standardized exchange formats. It also offers real-time network analytics capabilities, which include detailed connection status as well as metrics and logs about each facility, feed or protocol.

With the enhanced HealthBus, users can now leverage a toolkit of reusable microservices to create custom functionality. This allows for complex workflows to be composed more easily, and allows for more traceability across all of the microservices.

Here are the key benefits of the new HealthBus solution:

  • Large enterprises can more easily move health information, while also simplifying costs and raising traceability capabilities.
  • Allows HIEs dealing with many facilities to better manage transformations on a per facility basis in a vendor-independent manor.
  • Improves the orchestration of complex workflows – for example, when a workflow requires filtering, transformations, routings in concert with other services like MPI.
  • Improved error-handling workflows that allows users to better examine, modify and re-run transactions in real-time.
