SHIEC 2018: RosettaHealth Showcases Power of Industrialized Health Data Exchange Platform for HIEs
As many HIEs are uncovering new ways to ensure that patient information seamlessly flows among providers’ electronic health record systems, many are turning to solutions like the RosettaHealth platform to further enhance their overall missions through better health data exchange.
At the SHIEC 2018 Annual Conference, RosettaHealth will be showcasing how its innovative and industrialized platform enables the efficient, seamless, and secure transportation of data and connects the ecosystem of healthcare for HIEs.
Following are the core differentiators that the RosettaHealth team will be highlighting at the conference.
- Industrialized Platform: The RosettaHealth platform allows for providers to connect once, and communicate everywhere – reducing the complexities of managing today’s standards and protocols through real-time scalability. In addition to offering a 50 percent reduction in operational costs, the platform works with a wide-range of options including HL7 V2, IHE, PIX, REST, FHIR, XDR, XDS, XCA, NwHIN, Direct Secure Messaging, SMTP/POP, or via a portal.
- Innovative Solutions: The highly innovative RosettaHealth platform supports data normalization efforts, can fix inconsistent protocol issues (i.e., inconsistent SAML), and offers rules-based routing, filtering and notifications. It also supports multi-tenet gateway efforts through CommonWell, Carequality, eHealth Exchange, and others.
- Last Mile Connectivity: RosettaHealth offers easy onboarding of providers by allowing complex IHE connections in days. In addition, standard VPN/Direct connections can be made in hours. It alsosupports data normalization efforts and offers easy-to-use dashboards for monitoring traffic and operational status.
In addition, HASA, the non-profit, community HIE for North, South and West Texas, uses the RosettaHealth platform to enhance the exchange of patient health records to better allow healthcare providers in HASA’s network to have automated access to clinical patient information in real-time through their electronic health record.
“The RosettaHealth platform allows HASA to best support the organization’s overall mission of ensuring that patient information can flow without friction among providers’ electronic health record systems, based on where the patient is receiving care,” said Philip Beckett, Chief Information Officer at HASA. “Ultimately, this automated exchange allows healthcare providers to access the right clinical data in a timely fashion, and helps providers to have a patient’s complete record available at the point of care.”
The RosettaHealth team will be showcasing its solution for HIEs at booth #5 at the SHIEC 2018 Annual Conference.
